Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Karvaan Rides. By using our website, mobile services, or booking a ride with us, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before proceeding.

1. Definitions

“Karvaan,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to Karvaan Rides LLC.
“Client,” “you,” or “user” refers to any person or entity booking or using our services.
“Service” refers to ground transportation services offered by Karvaan Rides, including bookings made through our website, phone, email, or third-party platforms.

2. Booking & Ride Policy

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.
Karvaan reserves the right to cancel or reschedule rides in case of weather disruptions, mechanical issues, or driver unavailability.
You may be asked to provide a government-issued ID at the time of pickup.
Requests for specific chauffeurs or vehicles will be honored based on availability.

3. Payment Terms

All fares are quoted based on distance, duration, vehicle type, and any special requests.
Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless a corporate account agreement is in place.
We accept major credit/debit cards. Invoicing for business clients is available upon approval.
Gratuity is optional but encouraged.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Standard rides can be canceled up to 12 hours before scheduled pickup with no penalty.
Cancellations within 12 hours may be subject to a 50% charge.
No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of the ride will be charged 100% of the fare.
Custom and long-distance bookings may have separate cancellation terms stated during confirmation.

5. Conduct & Safety

Clients must wear seatbelts at all times.
Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or drug use in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Offensive or abusive behavior toward drivers will result in immediate termination of service with no refund.
Children under 8 years old must be secured in an appropriate child safety seat provided by the client (or prearranged with us).

6. Luggage & Property

Karvaan is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items left in the vehicle.
Clients are responsible for ensuring their belongings are collected at drop-off.
Oversized luggage should be disclosed at the time of booking.

7. Delays & Liability

Karvaan is not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or third-party incidents.
If we fail to deliver the confirmed service due to our own fault, the client may be eligible for a refund or rescheduled ride.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the ride fare.

8. Special Requests & VIP Protocols

Requests for privacy partitions, meet & greet services, decorated vehicles, female drivers, or bilingual chauffeurs must be made during booking.
While we try to fulfill all requests, these are subject to availability and not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

9. Corporate & Group Bookings

Custom contracts and bulk bookings are subject to separate written agreements.
Any misuse of a corporate account may result in termination of the account and charges to the authorized company.

10. Privacy

Your information is protected in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent, except where legally required.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, logos, vehicle photos, and brand identity are the exclusive property of Karvaan Rides LLC and may not be used, copied, or redistributed without permission.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute:

If unresolved, disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Arlington County, Virginia, USA.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or revise these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
