Q: Are your services available 24/7?
Yes. Karvaan Rides operates 24/7, 365 days a year, including holidays, with advance booking.
Q: How early should I book my ride?
For standard bookings, we recommend at least 1–2 hours in advance. For large events, VIP rides, or long-distance travel, we suggest 2–4 hours ahead.
Airport Transfer Questions
Q: Do you monitor flight arrivals and delays?
Yes. We monitor flights in real time and adjust pickup schedules accordingly — whether your flight is early, delayed, or re-routed.
Q: Where will my driver meet me at the airport?
We offer curbside pickup as standard and Meet & Greet inside the terminal as an optional add-on. The driver’s contact and location will be shared upon arrival.
Q: Can you accommodate airport pickups for groups or families?
Absolutely. We have SUVs, Sprinter vans, and larger vehicles perfect for group airport pickups with luggage.
Hourly & Point-to-Point Rides
Q: What’s included in hourly charters?
You’ll have access to a private vehicle and chauffeur for a minimum number of hours. Unlimited stops, flexible routing, and standby time are all included.
Q: Is waiting time charged for point-to-point rides?
We offer a 10-minute grace period. Beyond that, standard waiting charges apply unless booked as hourly charter.
Corporate & Business Clients
Q: Do you offer corporate accounts?
Yes. We provide dedicated accounts with monthly billing, booking portals for admins, priority service, and custom invoicing.
Q: How do I manage employee bookings?
Our corporate portal lets your team book, modify, and monitor rides under one account, with clear permissions and cost control.
Q: Can you handle last-minute executive travel?
Yes, subject to availability. We recommend advanced notice, but we prioritize all corporate accounts for urgent bookings.
Wedding & Event Transportation
Q: Can I book rides for multiple wedding events?
Yes. We can coordinate transport for multiple days and venues — including shuttles for guests, VIP arrivals, and vendor transport.
Q: Can you decorate the wedding car?
Yes. We offer basic floral or ribbon decoration. You can also provide your own decor and we’ll help apply it.
Q: Do you provide transportation for guests?
We offer Sprinter vans, SUVs, and minibuses for group guest shuttles to/from hotels, venues, and airports.
Long Distance Travel
Q: How far in advance do I need to book a long-distance ride?
We recommend 2 hours minimum, especially for overnight or interstate travel. Custom quotes may apply.
Q: Can we make stops during a long-distance ride?
Yes. You can request meal breaks, rest stops, or detours. Let us know in advance to adjust pricing if needed.
Q: Is overnight travel possible?
Yes. Overnight trips and return rides are available. We plan these in advance with safety and comfort in mind.

Safety & Policies
Q: Are your rides insured?
Yes. All rides are covered by commercial auto insurance, and drivers are trained in emergency protocols.
Q: Is Karvaan Rides safe for women traveling alone?
Yes. We can assign female drivers on request. Our chauffeurs are respectful, trained in etiquette, and GPS-tracked throughout.
Q: Are pets allowed?
Yes — but please let us know in advance. We may require a pet carrier or a small cleaning surcha
